💰Rewards
Liquidity Providers (LPs) are rewarded based on the transactions in the pool, directly linking returns to pool activity. Rewards are credited daily, with eligibility starting 24 hours after depositing into the pool. There is no minimum holding period for compounding rewards.
Example Calculation:
Initial Pool Value: $1,000
Daily Transaction Volume: $1,000
Reward Rate: 1.5% of daily transaction volume
Total Rewards = 1.5% of $1,000 = $15
This equates to an annual return of approximately 550%, assuming consistent daily transaction volume. The actual reward is subject to market risks.
